Citizen TV presenter Lilian has given her two cents on feminism.

The TV girl cum entrepreneur says even though she has a strong personality, she and any other woman is entitled to being opinionated

I am an extremely opinionated woman and I have a strong personality, I know how to talk back..When you say that a woman is too loud or too out there, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean that after all the years our parents took into our education that I am going to sit back and let you watch me not have an opinion? How does that even work?

She went ahead to advise people not to rob people of being themselves like looking for their mother in their wives or girlfriends

Guys believe that when they were growing up, their fathers did not talk a certain way to their mothers, their mothers were home at a certain time, their mothers cooked a certain way, dressed a certain way.It is as if you guys are looking for your mothers in us and that's a good thing but I have sons and I hope they won't look for me in their wives because that is unfair and it would be a lot of pressure

Former TV girl Janet Mbugua conquered with Muli "This is such an important conversation. Thanks for sharing it on your platform"

Truth be told Men look for a younger version of their mothers but have failed to play their fathers ROLE,To find a solution we have to up our GAME,meet that empowered woman at the TOP & be ready to either COMPROMISE or ACCOMMODATE!

Another guy said apo kwa men's conference that if u wanna live na mwanamke wa kisasa you better have some 'umama' in you (cook, wash) coz women nowadays do react

The moral erosion in our society gender equality and the displacement of the man's role as the head have collectively contributed to furthering such narratives

This is exactly what I argue about.....I mean, how do you expect someone not to give their opinion simply because there is gender parity...I even fail to understand what feminism is??it lost its meaning on the way

I believe everyone is free to air their opinions but again it depends with how aggressive you are and not attacking someone with words....education doesn't mean you have to be an a**hole ..should be the opposite

Men always consider themselves as correct and will judge you from how they were brought up and how they saw their mums behaving. If mum was silent they expect the lady to be silent when lady is too loud she is a goodbye material because she knows her rights too well
