Kenyan artistes are quickly catching up in the fast rising African music industry. Releasing banging hits consistently, the Kenyan flag will definitely fly high, not only regionally but internationally too.
One of Kenya’s most celebrated gospel stars Papa Dennis is one to watch out for. He has proven to be a member of the big leagues in the industry.
He has released hits with Daddy Owen and Nigeria’s Koede Bello. The ‘Injili’ has something cooking and its bound to be a hit.
Papa Dennis is set to release a collabo track with Nigeria’s finest, Chidinma.
According to Word Is, the two hit the studio two months ago to come up with a song titled Bless Me is set to be released this Friday.
Speaking to Word Is, Papa Dennis’ manager Sadat Muhindi said that the video for the single will drop in the first week of August.
“Soon, we will also release more collaborations with many other artistes from different countries,” he says.
“The video for the new song will be shot in Kenya by the Godfather Productions in collaboration with Maliza Umaskini Productions.”
Bless Me was recorded at Nairobi’s Main Switch Records and also at Chidinma’s studio in Nigeria.
With such a combo, this collabo will clearly be on point. But we’ll just have to wait and see.
