Nick Jonas has been living with type-1 diabetes since he was 13 years old.
And over the weekend the 26-year old singer/actor shared about his diagnosis and struggle to find a healthy way of living.

Nick posted on his Instagram on Friday along with side-by-side photo of him then and now.
In a sweet show of support, fiancee Priyanka Chopra was among his 17.6million Instagram followers that commented on Nick Jonas revelation.
On the right is me now. Happy and healthy. Prioritizing my physical health, working out and eating healthy and keeping my blood sugar in check.
A slew of fans took to Instagram and offered encouraging words of support. Among them was his soon-to-be-wife Priyanka Chopra.
'Everything about you is special. With or without diabetes,' she adoringly wrote, along with the lipstick kiss emoji.
