She’s a keen advocate for body confidence and proudly parades her incredible curves at red carpet events all around the globe.
But Rihanna has revealed she wants to overhaul her diet now that she’s turned 30 and kick some of her guilty pleasures like ‘eating mac’n’cheese in the middle of the night’.
In her refreshingly candid cover interview with British Vogue, the superstar admitted that she needs to ‘get healthy and stay healthy’ and is raring to get back in the gym.
‘I just need to get healthy and stay healthy because I’m 30 now, you know, I can’t play them games no more,’ the Umbrella hitmaker said.
‘Can’t play the mac’n’cheese-in-the-middle-of-the-night games.’
And when asked what it’s like to be such a pin-up, she added: ‘Ok, you’re asking the wrong person. I don’t know, maybe it’s because I’m ‘thicc’ now. I don’t know.
‘I’m about to get back into the gym and stuff, and I hope I don’t lose my butt or my hips or all of my thighs. I’ll lose some but not all.’
The Stay hitmaker added that she’s learned to find ‘balance’ in her life over the years so that she can feel ‘fulfilled’.
‘Finding a balance becomes a priority, even if you don’t get it down that’s always the goal, you know. Not necessarily to neglect work, it will never be that, but to find a way you feel fulfilled,’ she explained.
