The 30-year-old filed court documents, obtained by The Blast, in which she claimed her ex did not suffer the physical or psychological injuries he alleges in their now famous December 14, 2016 fight.

Rob, 31, had filed a suit where he claimed he was injured in the altercation, after she allegedly repeatedly hit him in the face and head, and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord.

The transcript shows Rob being asked details about the altercation, and how he initially did not know she meant to harm him by scratching him.

Yeah, being scratched by a female is probably one of the best things a man could ask for

He allegedly said to the interviewer.

He was then asked if at the time 'that's how you took her, nails across the chest, that that's something that felt good?' the Blast reported.

'It didn't really occur to me that it was going to be... go into, you know, guns and strangling,' he replied. 'This was just like I thought she was just being drunk, and you know, trying to be funny,' the website said.

He later admitted the scratch, 'didn’t feel good... That’s for sure.'

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna for comment.

Rob is trying to sue Chyna for $500,000 in damages, including emotional and physical injuries and property loss.

Among the property he allegedly lost was a TV, a gingerbread house, and a T-shirt that was ripped.

Chyna however is using the deposition to prove the T-shirt was torn 'with his (very happy) consent.'

Nevertheless, she has agreed to pay for it, 'generously' valuing it at $250, bringing the total damages she is willing to accept responsibility for, to $5,000.

She also admitted to smashing a TV, but pointed out that it actually belonged to Rob's younger half-sister Kylie Jenner (and ex-girlfriend of Chyna's other babydaddy Tyga), whose Calabasas home they were renting at the time of the incident.

Rob alleged in the suit, filed in 2017, that she repeatedly hit him in the face and head, and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord, reports The Blast.

Rob and Chyna got engaged in April 2016 after a ten-week romance and after a rocky romance, split for good in February 2017.

The couple, who share two-year-old daughter Dream, are also battling over child support details.
