On the drive show with Mwalimu Rachel and Xclusive they talked about the trending story of a photographer who has been sued by a couple for Sh1.5million for not capturing key moments at their wedding.
According to Mwalimu Rachel she got a message from a fan who related to the story saying he is a photographer in Nairobi CBD and he had a similar case around March where he did a birthday gig but the next day the card he was using had been corrupted and just that way he wasn’t paid for the work.
“Picha ni emotional you have captured my image, labda ulinionjesha, ukanionesha venye nakaa smart, nikajua venye naenda kutesa alafu later unakuja kuniambia they have all disappeared eeii!” Mwalimu Rachel said.
Xclusive went on and advised photographers to always have a contingency plan when they are shooting and make sure they have extra memory cards.
He added that they should immediately transfer all pictures to their laptops once it’s full to avoid such cases otherwise they will have to go unpaid if the photos get lost.
