Size 8 hit her followers with a bombshell early this year.
Just after KISS100.CO.KE broke the news that Size 8 was pregnant she refused to speak on the record regarding the matter but early this year, she broke the sad news that she lost her baby.
She broke down in a post on social media announcing to her followers her tragic loss. Read it all below:
The situation affected both DJ Mo and Size 8 in immeasurable ways and since we heard Size 8’s side, we called DJ Mo to hear how he is coping with the situation and he opened up about loosing the pregnancy.
DJ Mo had one major piece of advice saying that a situation like that needs the family to fight it together. Read it in the link below.
Size 8 opened up saying the journey gets worse and if one isn’t careful, the stress and starin of it all cant break a family. She advised her followers in case they face such a problem, the couple should seek counseling.
She wrote on her Instagram page:
“THE DEVIL WANTS TO BREAK HOMES JESUS WANTS TO BUILD HOMES ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT. TEAM UP WITH JESUS AND BUILD AND FIGHT FOR YOUR MARRIAGE… AND I’VE COME TO KNOW A MISCARRIAGE CAN ACTUALLY DESTROY A MARRIAGE OR SHAKE IT. AFTER a MISCARRIAGE GET COUNSELLING PLEASE PLEASE AND DETERMINE TO FACE THE LOsS TOGETHER…………@DJMOKENYA LOVE YOU ALWAYS, I AM TOo BLESSED TO HAVE YOU.”
Size 8 has not opened up on what caused the miscarriage but from research sometimes it happens because there is a weakness of the cervix, called an incompetent cervix, which cannot hold the pregnancy.
A miscarriage from an incompetent cervix usually occurs in the second trimester.
Other celebrities who have been brave enough to openly speak about their miscarriage include Gabrielle Union, Julie Gichuru, Lindsay Lohan and Beyonce.
