Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin headed out for breakfast in Los Angeles on Saturday as the pop star's longtime manager Scooter Braun commemorated the ten-year anniversary of the May 18, 2009 release of Bieber's single One Time.

The 25-year-old pop star wore a white top with black trim, baggy red sweatpants and Nike Off-White sneakers on the daytime outing.

The Canadian crooner topped things off with a grey beanie as he toted a laptop adorned with stickers while chewing bubble gum on the outing.

Hailey, a 22-year-old model, donned a teal vintage San Jose Sharks top with black legging shorts and white sneakers.

The Tucson, Arizona-born beauty, who is the daughter of veteran actor Stephen Baldwin and graphic designer Kennya Baldwin, had her blonde locks parted in the center, and accessorized with dark glasses and a gold necklace.

On Saturday, Braun remembered the first step of Bieber's odyssey with the release of the song One Time, calling Bieber ' this young kid that I believed could change the game.'

Braun, who has gone on to steer Ariana Grande's massive success, recalled the lack of resources he was working with in the early days of the pop sensation.

'We literally had to make the song ourselves outside of our label budget (which wasn’t even open) and my friend [Tricky Stewart] made the song with us as a favor,' Braun wrote, noting how he was ahead of the digital curve in promoting the Baby singer.

'We used YouTube and social media (never been done before at that time) to try and prove everyone wrong,' he said.

Braun thanked a number of key contributors to the business and musical team, including Allison Kaye, Dan Kanter, Ryan Good, Kenny Hamilton and DJ Tay James.

He had special thanks for Bieber's mother Pattie Mallette for trusting his vision for Bieber, noting '10 years later our lives have changed and that floppy-haired kid has become a legend.'

Braun added, 'Beyond all his achievements since ... I’m proud of the young man he has become, noting that 'his heart for others is incredible and his growth at such a young age is admired.'

Bieber 'is my family and I’m proud of him and I love him like family,' Scooter said in wrapping up his piece.
