The talented Ugandan lass shocked her fans and the entire industry when it was revealed that she was battling drug addiction, with disturbing photos emerging of Jackie in a very unstable and depressed condition.
The sassy singer was later put under treatment in a rehabilitation facility in Entebbe, where she has been receiving treatment and from the look of things, the Gold Digger singer's health is improving.
