Good news for you Sauti Sol lovers - they are set to release an album in a month's time.

Last we heard from them in terms of an album was when they dropped the YouTube EP, African Sauce that did not get as much traction as Live And Die In Africa.

The boy - now man band - have only released two songs since then featuring the Sol Generation team -  'Extravaganza', a song in Kiswahili with a touch of Rhumba and 'Ukiwa Mbali'.

Speaking to Kiss 100, Bien said they took a one-year break to restructure and give their new signees a chance to shine and we have to agree they really worked hard last year

. "We allowed our signees to be known but now we are good," he said.

"We also took time and recorded our album in South Africa and now we are good to go. It is going to be a big thing for Sol Generation."

The album has 20 songs, mostly Rhumba music, with local and international artistes. Bien also promised that Sol Generation will sign more artistes and those that are there will be releasing an album.

Last year, the Sol Generation members, Nvirri and BenSoul did a lot of tours from club to events and the songs they released scooped views and so much love. The two have become inseparable.

In the song, Ukiwa Mbali, Sol Generation give thanks for a successful year. Crystal sends her mother a message talking about she became famous after meeting a group of men in 2019 and collaborating with them in the popular song Extravaganza. The rest say the many plans they set aside were fulfilled and all thanks to God.

This year, Sauti Sol seem like they are about to throw in major surprises and best believe Kiss 100 will document it all.
