Beyonce announced less than a year ago that she had welcomed twins Sir and Rumi into the family. She made her little ones the center of attention as she wished them a happy birthday while performing in Manchester, England on Tuesday.
‘Happy birthday to Sir and Rumi. We love you!’ the proud mom, 36, gushed to her fans, who went wild following her touching shout-out.
Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z became parents of three after welcoming Sir and Rumi exactly one year ago.
She announced the birth of her children a month later.
The couple also have six-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
The theme of their world tour On The Run II — a follow up from their original joint run in 2014 — was ‘This Is Real Love’, an assured declaration that their marriage is now on solid ground.
Their relationship had weathered rough waters, inevitably in full view of the world and summarized in their music.
During the opening show of the On The Run II tour, the couple – who celebrated their 10th anniversary in April – appeared to reveal that they recently renewed their wedding vows.
Video footage broadcast during the concert at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff showed the pair dressed in white apparently exchanging vows — and it certainly wasn’t from their ultra-private 2008 ceremony.
Hidden among the montage was a clip of the intimate setting, attended by twins Rumi and Sir, as well as older sister Blue Ivy.
They married 10 years ago at Jay-Z’s 13,500-sq.-ft. Manhattan penthouse. It was reportedly decorated with 70,000 Dendrobium orchids flown in from Thailand.
