But the people who have been silent are the people who have been running WCB Records from behind the scene as staff of the record label and talent management. And one of the key people behind the scenes is Sallam SK.
He recently gave an interview to Wasafi Radio and one of the key statements he made was:
"Harmonize ndani ya Moyo wake Hayupo WCB, Lakini Kimkataba Bado Yupo WCB.napokubali kuingia kwenye Mkataba ni sawa Umeingia kwenye ndoa, Wasafi ni Taasisi Huwezi kuingia tu na Kutoka"
This translates to In his heart, "Harmonize is nolonger a member of WCB but according to the contract, he is still signed to WCB".
This is a powerful statement as it acknowledges the fact that WCB are aware that harmonize wants out. It also raises the question of whether having him tethered to the roster by force of a legally binding contract is a good thing in the long run because as is said, "one bad apple spoils the batch".
As for his take on all this as one of the heads at WCB? It is very simple:
The internal rules at WCB must be followed!
