Joe came out to defend himself last week on twitter but yesterday night on Chipukeezy's show, he talked about it all. He denied having ever traveled out of the country with Wendy for her gigs. During an interview, he showed his passport and he had only traveled to Rwanda and nowhere else.
According to Wendy, Dr. Fred Matingi pays her school fees at St. Georges but that is not what Joe confirmed. He says that the CS does not pay the full amount and so he is forced to top up.

Joe Mwangi was exposed on JKL and right after he deactivated Wendy's Instagram account and asked her mother to meet him so that he can hand over the logins and give her the phone he confiscated from Wendy.
His reason was that he was concerned about the things she was doing with the smartphone.
I TOOK HER PHONE BECAUSE OF SOME THINGS SHE WAS DOING WITH THE PHONE. HER MOTHER DIDN’T LIKE THE IDEA AND I TOLD HER IF SHE INSISTED THAT HER DAUGHTER SHOULD HAVE A PHONE, I WOULD BUY HER AN ORDINARY PHONE WITHOUT INTERNET (KABAMBE).
After all the back and forth, Joe has one solution for the little girl, counseling.

We are still waiting for DCI to conclude their investigation on Joe Mwangi based on Wendy's allegation.
