The lady is known as Val and has been seen in Willy's mega hit 'Sikireti' featuring Cecile.
It is reported that Val was involved in a car accident along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway, a road that has seen many people pass away.
Willy Paul took to social media to express his utter shock upon receiving the devastating news.
"The girl in the blue hair, gone too soon my love, words alone cannot express how shocked I am. Rest in Peace, and like I’ve always said to you, I still love you and will always love you. Such a young soul, may the Lord take care of you."
