Photos: Anerlisa Muigai pays tribute to Tecra on 2nd anniversary
Today marks two years since Keroche heiress, Tecra Muigai passed away.
According to initial reports, Tecra fell on the staircase but after a postmortem, Prof Emily Adhiambo Rogena said Tecra died of severe head injuries caused by a blunt object.
She had been admitted to Nairobi Hospital after being airlifted from Lamu where the accident took place.
The main suspect in her murder was her then-boyfriend Omar Lali who was jailed for a few weeks and then released.
In Tecra's memory, her family visited her shrine where they held a brief prayer ceremony and laid flowers on her grave.
Tecra's sister, Anerlisa Muigai shared a video of her paying tribute to her sister in a room full of photos of her sister, which tell the story of someone who lived her life to the fullest.
Anerlisa who was dressed in blue jeans, white top and a red blazer, shared a photo of her standing next to the last photo that Tecra ever took with a caption that read, I Really Miss My Sister. This Was The Last Picture She Took 🕊

Her fans and friends showered her with love as the family continue to mourn their loved one.
Mid last month, the entrepreneur opened up about her recent struggles.
She pointed out a day when she genuinely felt well rested and saying the loss of her sister, her divorce and the struggles her family business has been going through, weighed heavily on her.
"Today is one of those days I can say I feel rested and blessed. I have gone through a lot from losing my sister, family business being affected, divorce, dealing with attacks. Now I feel at peace, loved and extra motivated." wrote Anerlisa.
She continued, "Everything happens for a reason and with prayer, everything falls at its right time. There is a light at the end of the tunnel."
