Sandra Mbuvi alias Thickky Sandra and TikToker Aaliyah Khan were on an Instagram live earlier today addressing critics.
Sandra, daughter of influential businessman and politician Mike Mbuvi Sonko, stated that she has severally bought food and paid house rent for people who have reached out to her, and she had M-Pesa receipts to back her claim.
"We are not attacking poor people, we always help where we can, I have paid for so many people's rents, I have done so many things, I have bought food for so many people who are dming me saying wamefungiwa nyumba. I have receipts, I have m-pesa messages."
The two made it clear that they also had feelings, and just because someone was poor doesn't give them the right to overstep their boundaries.
"No offense, but because you are poor you think we don't have feelings?" Aaliyah
Ms. Mbuvi continued to say people should stop projecting their insecurities on them
"You know what they are doing, they are reflecting their insecurities on to us. we respect everyone and anyone."
