Anerlisa Muigai has been in multiple relationships over the years, something that gives her a unique perspective on them.

Yesterday the Keroche heiress gave some advice on what she believes is important in sustaining a modern day relationship, especially where 'independent' women are concerned.

In her Instagram story, Anerlisa explained how men should approach dating strong independent women saying that they should consider having enough cash to do such a thing.

"No offense to any man but if you are looking into dating or marrying an independent woman, consider having heavy money and proper investments," she started.

She went on to state that such type of women get worn out being the breadwinners in the relationship and would like someone who carried their equal share in it.

"Women get tired of give men, do this, pay for this... And as life goes on, they realise they want to deal with someone who can also bring something to the table. Love alone cannot sustain a relationship..."

Kenyans had some interesting reactions in regard to her comment, with some saying that she might be referring to her past relationships.

(We all know that Miss Muigai was formerly Mrs. Ben Pol but their marriage lasted for less than an year)

Some of them are below;

mina_borante I agree 💯..but also should work both ways (women /men) not just men..😁

cikushieks Everyone gets tired of taking care of anyone's shit. Even men get tired of women. Let everyone learn to be independent.

nanette_karanja ok gal #TMI tell him not us.

damssymumo.dm Where is the lie? That's soo true

annkush993 I think it should be both ways but Men were created as protectors whereas women as their helpers(understand helpers not submitters)

clintonvectorIt should also apply to Women 😂si kila saa pesa ya nywele 😂

smooth.operator_ke Nani huomba dem wake pesa sikuhizi 😂

Anerlisa's assertion is backed by evolutionary biology with Briffault’s law perfectly summarising her postulation.

The law maintains that; “The female, not the male, determines all the conditions of the animal family. Where the female can derive no benefit from association (relationship) with the male, no such association takes place.”
