Andrew Tate's case just took an interesting turn after the former kick-boxer threatened to sue a lady who is a key witness in his charges of rape and sex trafficking for 300 million dollars if she doesn't drop the case against him.

I'm not even going to depress myself or you readers by converting that money to Kenyan shillings.

As if things couldn't get any worse after losing his detention appeal case now Tate is threatening an accuser. Doesn't really scream innocent.

If doing the most and still losing was a person it would definetely be Andrew Tate..

Reports have now emerged that Tate and his younger brother Tristan have sent a cease-and-desist letter to a woman in the United States accusing her of making up defamatory statements about them to the media and authorities.

And according to the BBC, which has seen a redacted copy.to the letter, the brothers are accusing the woman of “repeat[ing] false and defamatory statements to the police, the media, and another United States citizen about the Tate brothers.”

It goes on to add an absurd threat where she is warned if she doesn’t retract her statements, the Tate brothers could sue her and her parents for $300 million.

“In April 2022, you falsely stated to a third party that our Client human trafficked you, abused you and held you against your will.” Part of the letter reads.

And in case you are wondering, the letter isn't just a rumour mill going round. A lawyer for the brothers confirmed that a letter was indeed sent to a woman in December, but denied their intention was to intimidate their alleged victim.

Tina Glandian, one of the Tates’ legal advisers, said they are simply pursuing their legal rights in a civil matter of defamation and slander.

But Benjamin Bull, a lawyer representing some of the women in the investigation into the Tate's, said the letter was “intended to shut down the witness; stop the witness from bringing testimony forward in any proceedings.”

He went on to add, “they want these young ladies to climb into a hole and hide, never come forward [or] describe what they saw and what happened to them.

It’s clearly an effort to intimidate.”

Andrew who is a self-proclaimed misogynist, was arrested in late December in a suburb of the Romanian capital, Bucharest, alongside Tristan (his younger brother) and two other women.

Authorities claimed the 4 ran an organized crime group that held women against their will and forced them to film pornographic videos.

The Tate's were detained on suspicion of human trafficking and rape, which they deny, but have yet to be formally charged. They've been behind bars for over a month and their appeal against their detention was denied.
