Frida Kajala begs her daughter for forgiveness

Tanzanian social media influencer and actress Frida Kajala has offered a public apology to her daughter Paula for not prioritizing her while she was in a relationship with Bongo star Harmonize.
The actress has been working on mending her relationship with her daughter Paula who had cut ties with her after she got back together with Harmonize last year.
In her public apology, the actress disclosed that her daughter was battling depression and at the time her priority was on making her relationship work.
Frida issued the apology during an interview she had dubbed Behind The Gram-Mum and Daughter.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, the fitness enthusiast admitted that she prioritized her relationship with Harmonize over her daughter Paula's health, who was suffering from depression.
Kajala posted a video of an upcoming interview on her Instagram Story in which she cried while explaining how her priorities had a negative impact on her connection with her kid.
"Yaani naona kabisa nilijali mapenzi kuliko mtoto wangu. Labda vitu ambavyo mimi nafanya au ujinga wangu najiskia vibaya, lakini yaani sina cha kufanya." Frida said as she apologised for choosing her relationship with Harmonize over her teen daughter.
She went ahead to tell her daughter that she was the only person who understands her even as she sought to make amends
Mtu ambaye ananielewa ni wee pekee yako ndio maana nakuambia sorry," she told her daughter.
The interview dubbed Behind The Gram-Mum and Daughter comes a few days before the most anticipated Mother's Day celebrations on May 14.
This comes in just 4 months after the socialite had bought her only daughter Paula a brand new Toyota Crown.
