Tanasha Donna does not want her son Naseeb Jnr to follow her footsteps of becoming a musician.

Tanasha sired her son with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz.

Speaking to Kalondu Musyimi, the mother of one said she wishes her son is a footballer as they are less indisciplined.

"I feel like it is possible he will be a singer like his parents are singers, but my wish would be that he becomes a footballer," she said.

"I know people in the sports industry are very disciplined, they wake up early, they don't do drugs, they don't do alcohol coz tests are being done all the time. I will want that for my son."

She explained;

"There is a whole lot of politics behind it," she said.

"A lot of things happen in the music industry that people don't know about. If he happens to be a musician, I would support him fully. And since I have experience, I will guide his path, hopefully, by the time. We can only hope for the best as time will tell."

She however said that if her son was to become an artist, she is willing to guide him as she has already had experience in the industry.

Asked to explain how the music industry has changed her, Tanasha said most powerful artists who have money manipulate people.

Tanasha has released her single 'Maradonna' which has garnered millions of views since its release.

"The title was intentional but at the same time, I can relate to his life. Diego Maradonna had an interesting life and at some point a controversial life."

Tanasha made her debut into the music industry with the song 'Radio' featuring Barack Jacuzzi. She followed it up with the song 'La Vie' featuring Mbosso and later a collaboration with her baby's daddy Diamond Platnumz in the song 'Gere'

Tanasha has also collaborated with Bahati and Khaligraph Jones in the past.
