Caytlin Jenner recently had surgery done on her nose after suffering from severe sun damage and on she was back on Instagram to update her fans on her nose.

'Hair is looking great nose is not, but healing well!'   

She gave her fans some advice on always using sunscreen days after the transgender activist had the procedure to remove basal cell carcinoma, the most common form of skin cancer. The ex-spouse to Kris Jenner maintained a make-up free face, hoping not to disturb the irritated skin on her nose.

Caitlyn, who was not at Khloe Kardashian's recent baby shower, has been spending quite a bit of time with 21-year-old  Sophia Hutchins.  In November, Jenner's reps made it clear that the women are not in a romantic relationship. Hutchins is also transgender. She began her transition from male to female when she started school at Pepperdine University in Malibu.
