Kenya is mourning the loss of legendary actor Papa Shirandula who was buried today in Busia.
His death caught many by surprise bu worst of all it left his colleagues and friends devastated. A man who gave his all at work and as a friend has left a big gap in many hearts.
Speaking at Papa's funeral, Wilbroda - his TV wife gave a moving tribute in memory of the good times she shared with him.
"His death has really shocked me. I have really been thinking about him since he passed on. Papa was not only my colleague, he was a dear friend and a neighbor. I have seen him up until his last minute. It will take me so much time to finally accept that he is gone. It is very painful.
I want to tell his family that your family has not left my mind. Your children are my children's friends and I want to send my sincere apologies and condolences to you.
What has happened is very painful and I really do not know what to say. It came as a very huge surprise for me." Wilbroda said.

Adding that in as much as he is gone, at least for the last couple of weeks they had spent a lot of time together and for that she is grateful.
Even in his last moments, he had so much joy and so many ambitions. In this last month we have done so much with Papa and I think God knew and that is why Papa was giving us his last goodbye
Wilbroda concluded her tribute telling Papa's wife that the family is on her mind and she will be there for them in any way possible.
