Today's wake up call from Jalang'o was simple but eye opening. It was all about not comparing yourself with someone and losing sight of your priorities.
"Don't compare your chapter 1 with someone else's chapter 20 we are all on our own unique journey, focus on what is in front of you and stop worrying about what everyone else is doing." He said.
He added,
I have seen it when somebody tries to compare themselves with somebody else whereas It is been a long journey of brand building. Just focus on where you are at this time and make the best with what you have.
He went on to give an example of you trying to compete with your boss just because he or she bought a new car yet it has been years of putting in the work for them.
Jalang'o reminded listeners that we can't all be where everyone is and it is all about working with what we have and slowly we will all get there someday.
