Opinion: As a man, would you move into your wife's house?

From an opinionated discussion on The Morning Kiss, Kamene recalled a conversation she had with her younger cousin where he grew bitter when asked to move in to the girlfriend’s house since the house was bigger that his bedsitter.

This raised a lot of questions according to Kamene, since Donald (which is not his real name) simply stated that “A man can never move into a ladies’ house.”

Quickly, the Kenyan men community on Twitter came out to explain how problematic moving into your girlfriend’s house would be saying;

@Eliasonuko - For me it's a big No. Any slight misunderstanding, the lady will just tell you 'LEAVE'. My House. But for us men. No single day such words can come out of our mouth. Moving in to a lady's house hiyo ni kama kuwekwa hata kama you're playing your role as a man. Let's rent a new room.

@salvagetweep- I can't do that if things go south she will kick you out with this phrase 'get out of my house' and you'll have nothing koz you probably sold everything you owned so it's back to zero

@Benedictndaka-  Love has no size, if she can't move in as per the Man's request, then in whose hands is she safe. Submission is Biblical ordeal. Submit first, Ego kando.
