The wife of Pakistani journalist Arshad Sharif who was shot dead Sunday night in Kajiado has mourned her late husband in an emotional post.
Javeria Siddique said that she had lost her best friend, husband and more so favorite Journalist.
“I lost friend, husband and my favourite journalist @arsched today, as per police he was shot in Kenya,".
Siddique went on to ask for privacy – caution people against sharing their family photos and personal details.
“Respect our privacy and in the name of breaking pls don't share our family pics, personal details and his last pictures from hospital. Remember us in ur prayers,”.
In a separate, post, Javeria Siddique called on Twitter to pull down his pictures from the social media site.

Police said Sharif was shot dead Sunday night along the Nairobi-Magadi highway in a case of mistaken identity.
A senior police officer who confirmed the shooting said Sharif's driver defied an order to stop at a roadblock prompting the shooting.
The driver is hospitalised following injuries he sustained after their vehicle rolled following the shooting.
