Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has weighed in on the drama revolving around Mugiithi singer Samidoh and his two women – Karen Nyamu and wife Edday Nderitu.

Speaking during a burial ceremony in Gatundu, Gachagua asked Samidoh to put his house in order or else he will lose privileges to travel abroad for shows.

 “Sasa wewe Samidohwew ni rafiki yangu na unajua vile tunakupenda? Si tunapedn huyu Samidoh na nYimbo zake?

"Lakini kuna mahali anatuangusha Kidogo, sasa wewe Samidoh Ucontrol hii watu yako.

The Second in command said that being a police officer – Samidoh risks disciplinary action if the behaviour persists.

He added that if worse comes to worst Samidoh will be barred from traveling abroad with any of his baby mamas.

The DP also offered to have a sitdown with Samidoh to guide him on how to manage his women.

“Nitakuketisha chini, unajua hatuka wazungu wajue mambo yetu vile tunakaanga hapa. Hawa ni watu ya mtu moja moja, sas amkienda huko wanatuelewa sana na hatutaki mambo yetu itoke huko njee.

“So Panga panga hiyo maneno yako na ukishindwa, you are one of over officers tutaku-discipline - tutakukataza kwenda ng'ambo ama kama utaenda utaenda pekee yako ndu tusipate aibu,”

Samidoh who was in the crowd could be seen nodding in agreement with the DP's advice. 

Gachagua’s advice to Samidoh comes at a time nominated Senator Karen Nyamu is facing disciplinary action over her conduct in Dubai while gracing Samidoh’s show.

She appeared before the UDA disciplinary committee on Friday where the sitting was later adjourned to February 24 at 9 am.  

"The senator was allowed more time to respond to the allegations levelled against her by a party member," the United Democratic party said in a notice. 

Charges against the senator revolve around her 'shameful' conduct on December 16, 2022 

The lawmaker caused drama at Mugithi artiste Samidoh's concert in Dubai leading to a clash with his wife Edday Nderitu.
