Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo is a star with a unique fashion life, something that has attracted many beauties in his life, before he got with his current partner, Georgina Rodriguez.
But one has opened up about losing more than 11 million followers on her Instagram page less than 24 hours after breaking up with Ronaldo.
And in 2016 Ronaldo met his current girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez. The beauty told a magazine that in the same year, she told her fans on Instagram to stop following her if they "only know her as Cristiano Ronaldo's ex-girlfriend."
Incredibly, Irina's followers dropped by 11m in just 24 hours - a loss of 75 percent of her followers.
Fast forward to 2023 and Irina now has 21 million followers on Instagram. But her ex-Ronaldo is miles ahead with 564 million followers - more than any other user on the social media platform.
Irina is now said to be single after splitting from Cooper in 2019.
Supermodel Irina Shayk, 37, and Al-Nassr star Ronaldo, 38, dated between 2010 and 2015.
The Russian citizen met Ronaldo when he had just left Manchester United for Real Madrid in 2009.
But they took their time and didn't start going out for another year. The two stayed together for five years after becoming the number one football couple.
However, things ended in 2015 due to alleged disagreements over starting a family together.
More reports claim that Irina refused to go to the birthday party of Ronaldo's beloved mother.
This was denied by Irina, who said through a representative: "She has been close to her family throughout their relationship. Any negative rumours about Irina and Ronaldo's family are completely false, and have not been the reason for breaking up their relationship."
Shortly after breaking up with Ronaldo, Irina started dating Hollywood star Bradley Cooper.
