Rapper Flo Rida's six-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, remains in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after a fall from a 5 Storey building.

The child has reportedly sustained multiple pelvis fractures, left metatarsal fractures, grade three liver laceration, internal bleeding, and collapsed lungs.

Alex Adams, the child's mother, is suing the building's owner on account that the size of the windows is big and that there are no window guards.

"Negligent and careless and did not install size guards on the window."

Florida took to Twitter to thank everyone concerned about the baby's health and urged them to continue praying for him.

"Great day, thank you to everyone who reached out with their concerns and prayers for my son."

He continued by saying that the child miraculously survived a tragic fall and is receiving the best medical care from experienced practitioners.

The rapper also pleaded with his fans to allow him to keep the situation private for the time being.

"He is getting the best medical care and miraculously survived a tragic fall. I ask for your continued prayers as he undergoes rehabilitation but I would appreciate that this remains a private matter."

Adams stated in a statement that as the mother of a special needs child, she is devastated by the situation and blames it on the landlord's negligence.

She also claims that the tragic event has broken her heart into a million pieces.

“As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces. I am devastated, angry, and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to the willful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures."

The baby was born with hydrocephalus, a neurological condition characterized by an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within brain cavities.

According to Adams, when the Baby was born Flo Rida refused to accept him calling him an "evil f**king child." This compelled her to go for a DNA test where the results revealed that he is 99.9 % the father of the child.

Even after that, Adams claims that the father shows little affection to his son and only acts as a father when he feels like it.
