I think by now you must have heard or read stories of WCB President Diamond Platnumz gifting people cars.
We all can attest that cars are his favorite pick when it comes to gifting people close to him and even his employees.
Over the weekend, the WCB President and Wasafi media CEO Diamond Platnumz gifted one of his employees a brand new car and a piece of land.
George Ambangile who is a sports presenter on Wasafi FM was walking down the aisle with his sweetheart Lilyan Komba and his boss Platnumz was among those who graced the special occasion.
During his speech and the wedding ceremony, Diamond wished the two a happy marriage before making public his gift to Ambangile and his wife.
“Sisi kama Taasisi ya Wasafi tunakuzawadia kiwanja …na pia kesho uonane na Don Fumbe akubadilishe gari lako
(We as the Wasafi team, we gift you a piece of land …and also tomorrow make sure you see my financial manager Don Fumbe so that he can change that car for you)," Diamond said.
This is the second car Ambangile will be receiving from his boss Chibu Dangote. In April 2021, George Ambangile got a new Toyota Crown, for this exemplary work at Wasafi FM.
In a post, the station said that their CEO felt the need to appreciate Ambangile for being outstanding among the #SportsArena crew that hosts a weekly sports show on Wasafi FM.
Ambangile has now added his name to the list of people, who have been gifted cars by singer Diamond Platnumz.
Among them; Wasafi TV Presenter Aaliyah, Comedian Coy Mzungu, Zuchu, Mbosso, Lala Lava, Harmonize, former Videographer Lukamba, Mama Dangote, Majidi Ramadhani aka Bravesty (WCB Wasafi Social Media Manager), Juma Lokole and Alikiba’s step-brother Issaa Azam.
