Vera Sidika and her husband singer Brown Mauzo have welcomed a baby girl, Asian Brown.
Asian was born on Mashujaa day through caesarian section.
"After a successful surgery and watching my baby come out crying, gosh. Immediately I spoke to her she stayed quiet she knows her mother's voice from the womb days. I cannot wait to share those videos someday,"Vera gushed on her Instagram stories." wrote Sidika after welcoming the baby
Sidika revealed that she had chosen to undergo an elective CS where you choose the day your baby should be born. She added that she chose Mashujaa day as it is a heroes day and a public holiday which will help her celebrate her daughter's birthdays with with her entire family.
According to heathline, an elective surgery is 'A scheduled surgery for nonmedical reason which gives women more control in deciding when their baby is born. It can also reduce some anxiety of waiting for labor to start.'
Documenting her journey to delivery, Sidika said she didn't feel any kind of pain.
"Whoever said CS surgery was so bad and very painful lied. I felt zeeeero pain, Imagine. I swear to God, it was the best decision ever!!! This is me right after surgery."
"My family is surprised I'm awake and very active right after surgery. My mom is happier than everyone."
