Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia aka 2Baba or 2Face Idibia was the talk of the internet after it was revealed that he welcomed his eighth child with another woman who is not his wife.
2Face is married to Nigerian actress Annie Idibia. They are blessed with two children, Isabella and Olivia.
During their Netflix reality show, Annie revealed that they met before the fame and money but the couple's first child is 2Face Idibia's fifth child.
The new born will be Idibia's eighth child but his sixth child out of wedlock.
Well, 2Face's wife, Annie was seen sharing moments with her kids on social media after the revelation. She was later seen catching a flight.
One of her Instagram stories was a repost of Briana Strong's post with a voice over that says 'You lie about me, you can talk about me, you can spread rumours about me, You cannot help me, you cannot like my posts, you cannot share my status, with or without you, I will be alright. Because it aint about me, its about whats in me."
In another post, Annie shared a video that read;
"One of the mots important lessons: Real isn't the one standing with you at celebrations, real is the one standing with you at rock bottom"
In another post, she encouraged herself that it was all going to pass;
"I wish I had known that this too shall pass. You feel bad right now, you feel pissed you feel angry? This too shall pass. You feel great, you feel like you know all the answers, you feel like everybody finally gets you and there you are, this too shall pass. Time is your ally and if nothing else, just wait."
Her reaction to the news comes after her husband 2Face apologized to her for the embarrasssment;
"Las Las 🙏🏾This is no stunt. I'm sorry for all the embarrassment I've caused my wife, my kids, my mother and all our families and my management team. I'm not looking for no sympathy I'm not trying to make myself look good. This is no reverse psychology bullshit," he wrote.
"I simply just don't want to be the one that always apologise. I've been a shity father and a shity husband and shity baby daddy. I have no excuses. I just want to do right by my wife, and my kids and their moms and my mom and all families and my manager and friends."
"I beg y'all to pls just face me and cancel me anyhow. I've been a star for so long that my bulletproof vest is worn-out. I'm not quitting or suicidal or giving up," he added.
"I just want to go back to my default settings and denounce my role model status and make up lost time with my kids and give y'all music that will make u remember and understand why they call me 2BABA #GRATEFUL."
Annie and 2Face got married in May 2012.
