Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo is mourning the death of his elder brother Mande Hassan Kiwalabye.
The singer's brother is said to have been attacked by thugs on Monday morning and left unconscious at Katwe, Kampala.
Ugandan media pundits report that Mande was taken to Buganda road-based hospital. He was treated and discharged.
The singer's brother was on Friday morning rushed back to hospital after his situation worsened.
Reports indicate that he was pronounced dead on Friday.
Eddy Kenzo and his family have since not shared any news on their brother's death on any of the social media.
Kenzo is now left with one sibling; his sister whom he met after searching for her for 23 years.
“I and my other brother handed our sister to some woman in Katwe as she was still very young and could not be on the streets with us. The woman we handed our sister also handed her to another woman.” He said in a past post
