Professor Jay and his wife are celebrating their marriage anniversary. The two have a teenage daughter.
Taking to his social media, the Tanzanian rapper thanked his wife for sticking with him and not giving up on their marriage even when he spent days in the ICU.
"Asante sana Mwenyezi Mungu kwa kutupa zawadi hii ya Uhai na kuwa pamoja mpaka Leo tunapoadhimisha siku yetu ya kufunga ndoa yetu takatifu," he said
He added;
"Asante sana Mke wangu kipenzi @mke_wa_profjize kwa kuvumilia mapito yote tuliyotupitia pamoja sina la kusema zaidi ya NAKUPENDA SANA❤️❤️ Tuendelee kumtumainia Mwenyezi Mungu aliye hai siku zote za maisha yetu ,Naamini yeye pekee ndie anayeweza kutupigania na kutuvusha salama siku zote za maisha yetu, Happy anniversary to us my beautiful wife❤️❤️❤️❤️."
The 'Zali La Mentali' hitmaker broke his silence this year admitting that he spent 127 days in the ICU.
"I am also very grateful to all the Doctors and Nurses in Muhumbili and everywhere I went through for giving me medical treatment the highest level for more than the whole year I slept there in Muhimbili, especially the 127 dangerous days I was admitted to the ICU, you gave your best to ensure that you save my life, THANK YOU SO MUCH."
