Kenyan musicians released a lot of projects in 2023 and its fair to give them their flowers. The amount of albums and EPs that were released this year is a sign that the artistes have dedicated themselves to growing heir craft and elevating the Kenyan music industry.

Bien Aime Baraza: Bien dropped his debut solo album 'Alusa Why Are You Topless' this year after the final Sauti Sol concert that was held at the Uhuru Gardens. He dropped his first single 'True Love' at the COLORS’ stage, against a green monochromatic background.
Hart The Band: The trio released the album 'Time' as they also celebrated 10 years in the music industry.
Lil Maina: He released his debut studio album, ‘Maisha Ya Stunna.' It is led by the already-released smash singles “Ma G Kwenye Klabu”, “Zoza” and “Alert”.
Producers from the vivacious chart-topper Ndovu Kuu, to fast risers Odzz, Luigi, LM, KB and Afamefuna all make sterling appearances.
King Kaka: He released his extended play dubbed "Rhymebook ya nutcase" which features a remarkable lineup of artists like Prezzo, Masauti, Pascal Tokodi, Halisi the Band, Ruguru, and Jadi, and is set to excite music enthusiasts.
Bensoul: He released his first studio album 'Lion Of Sudah' this year, with a total of 15 songs with collaborations from stars like; Bayanni, Bien, Savara, Fancy Fingers, Wanavokali, and Juma Jux, Muthaka, Lavosti, Hornsphere, AfroNautiq, Xenia Manasseh, Charisma, H_art the Band’s Mordecai Dex, and Okello Max.
Femi One- She released the EP 'Dem Toka Mwiki.' The 9-track-EP showcases Femi One's unique style and sound, which is a testament to Femi One's artistry and versatility, with each track displaying a different aspect of her talent
Wakadinali: The group released the album 'Ndani ya Cockpit 3' which was ranked among the top 10 streamed albums on Spotify in Kenya.
Jua Cali: He released the album 'Utu Uzima' ealry this year
Fena Gitu: The rapper released the album 'Love Art Lust'
Bururkyn Boyz: The group released an album dubbed 'East Mpaka London'
Nviiri The Storyteller: Nviiri released the album 'Inside Out' with songs like 'Bwana Sherehe' 'Naisha' 'Body' among others
Xenia Manasseh: 'Love/hate' is her debut album which was released this year which cpatures love's highs and lows.
