Media personality, Lillian Muli has debunked claims that she is a gold digger.

The seasoned news anchor talked openly about her love of good things in a recent YouTube interview with Citizen Digital, claiming that she pays for her own lifestyle.

"Some misconceptions about me being a Gold digger are all lies," she said.

"Yes, I like fine things but if you spot Lillian Muli in a good car, just know that it's mine, you see in nice clothes they are mine and I bought them."

Lillian admitted to Citizen that she hustles to support her lifestyle and runs her businesses the majority of the time when she is not on TV.

"I am just a package. Come as I am. Then I don't know why people think when a woman looks good, there is a man behind that."

Lillian made it clear that she has never dated a billionaire in her entire life. She seemed to imply that she had paid for some of them while dating.

"I have never dated billionaires, these men are not billionaires. Maybe I am the one taking care of bills half the time. It's crazy."

Lilian claimed that she was in a happy place but avoided talking about her current relationship.

"I have good and bad days but most of my days are good and I am currently very happy."

In a previous interview with Mpasho, Lillian refuted allegations that she was connected to Nairobi businessman Jimmy Ngechu at the beginning of the year.

"Those are rumours and he is a friend and there is no relationship. Kina Bahati's, Gabu and other celebrities plus all those people being linked to we were all at the same party. That a respectable man who has his family."
