Just two months after model Jennifer Flavin filed for a divorce from her A-list actor Sylvester Stallone the two have apparently made good and decided to withdraw the divorce suit.
According to court documents on the last week of August, Flavin, 54, submitted a petition "for dissolution of marriage" in Palm Beach County. The former model cited that the marriage was "irretrievably destroyed."
Well, it seems that 25 years just does not go down the drain that easily.
According to the Rambo actor representative, the two are back together and happier than ever.
“They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences,” the spokesperson revealed.
He then went on to add, "they are both extremely happy.”
According to Page 6 news, they've obtained and confirmed that "the order of abatement" for the two had been filed this week.
The order aims to put a hold on divorce proceedings.
We’re also told the throwback photo that Stallone, 76, posted of him and Flavin, 54, holding hands Monday was “in his own way alluding to what was coming.
The “Rocky” star, Sylvester, and the Serious Skincare founder Jeniffer have been married for 25 years and share three daughters: Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
Jennifer's initial petition highlighted that the famous thespian had engaged in the "Intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate."
The document went on to state that Flavin asked the court to "be compensated and made whole by receiving and unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favour."
The actor's rep, Michelle Bega told USA Today that the Rambo actor had said, "I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues."
Flavin had hinted that all wasn't well in the marriage in an August 10th photo where she celebrated the 3 daughters she shares with Stallone.
