The city of Nairobi, just like many places in the country, people woke up to the good news of rain after a long dry season.
Residents of Nairobi were not slow to show their joy on various social networks, and nominated senator Karen Nyamu is one of those who celebrated the rains that had been eagerly anticipated.
In showing her happiness, Nyamu joked that she had met someone from the Abagusii community with dust in their shoes despite it raining the whole night!
"Na hii mvua yote nimepatana na mkisii viatu ziko na vumbi tao 😂Thank you for rain🤗🤗"
Nyamu joked, ending with laughing emojis.
However, people from the Abagusii community flooded the post and attacked her with many jokes, some even asked the politician to try to date a Kisii man and give them respect.
They told him that if she finds a Kisii man to date, she will escape from Samidoh because the people of that community believe that it is the source and center of romance and undying love.
