American rapper and record producer ASAP Rocky is fully back in the music game (just like his baby mama Robin Fenty) and he is coming for his spot with a storm!
The soon-to-be father of 2 is currently in Paris shooting a music video for his upcoming album, "Don't Be Dumb" and the 34-year-old might have some Kenyan blood in him.
In some of the videos trending online (leaked from the video set), the new dad is seen sprinting like he is auditioning for the Olympics. He might have had a shot at that if the music wasn't his biggest passion.
Asap, in the said scene was surrounded by a rowdy bunch of guys trailing behind him as they infiltrate the French hoods.
One scene shows Rocky running at full speed down the street all while rocking a pair of wheat-colored, brown Timberland boots, an almost fitting white t-shirt (which is a breath of fresh air from his loose-fitting baggy tee) paired with an oversized 90's look baggy blue jeans.
Shortly after the crowd bursts into a sprint and ASAP Rocky effectively dusts the video extras in the foot race!!!
Athletic activity and Timberlands don't really mix well, but as light as the Harlem native was on his feet we'd guess he's had experience getting agile in the 6" boots!!!
And that's what got his fans and netizens going crazy on Twitter.
He also pops a wheelie (the maneuverer bicycle/car trick in which one travels forward with the front wheel(s) raised up and the rear wheel(s) remaining on the ground) much to the urging of the video's cast but didn't exactly nail it.
The cool part is he did give it a go!
It is also reported that the "Praise The Lord" hitmaker might be in Paris for another reason besides running across the streets looking cool. Apparently he and his girlfriend, beauty mogul, and fellow artist, Rihanna are house-hunting as they anticipate the birth of their second child together.
This year could bring about a huge comeback season for Rocky as besides the new album that he's working on (his first release in over 5 years if I may add) he is slated to headline Rolling Loud Miami this year.
