Nigerian Afro beats superstar Davido has taken a virtual swipe at music producer turned blogger Samklef for posting the viral video of Davido and Chioma's adorable set of new born twins before the artist broke the news to the public himself.

In the world of celebrities, social media can be a battleground, and this time, the clash of the titans has left us with double trouble – literally!

Samklef, perhaps in a moment of baby fever, thought it would be an excellent idea to bless our feeds with a glimpse of Davido's new bundles of joy only to get an earful from the 'Unavailable' hitmaker.

Commenting on Samklef's Instagram post, the now father of 6 called the producer a wicked clout chaser as he demanded for him to pull down the post.

"Wtf, You know you're not meant to post this, you f***king clout chaser. You are wicked, delete this," Davido wrote in a series of angry comments.

Davido seemed to think Samklef was using his twin revelation as a shortcut to social media stardom. His fury may be justified, considering that privacy is a luxury few celebrities have in this day and age.

But here's where it gets spicy: was Samklef genuinely trying to steal the spotlight, or did he innocently hit the "share" button with the best of intentions?

Posting on his X account the blogger noted that he and the 'If' hit maker had had a private conversation where he stressed out that he found the video on a public domain on Twitter like everybody else and reposted it on ill intentions whatsoever

Updating his followers on his supposed beef with the artist and in a bid to clear his name the blogger revealed that he and the artist had had a talk and all was good.

"Me and Davido are cool. Davido initially believed that I was the one who leaked the video after our DM conversation.

However, I clarified that I obtained the video from the public domain on Twitter. Wishing blessings upon your home and family," wrote Samklef.

On Friday, videos of Davido and Chioma leaving a US hospital days after delivery surfaced online to the excitement of their fans.

Prior to the release of the video, reports of the two welcoming newborns into their family went viral on social media. Davido tried his very best to keep the news under wraps even sharing a post on his social media that the media being shared was from ages ago.

Davido while responding to the news in a bid for privacy had written: “Stop Circulating old pictures thank you,”

But now the cat is definitely out of the bag!
