Akothee's younger sister Cebbie Koks has finally addressed the monster in the room. Why she deleted the photos of her hubby Steve Ogolla?

During a conversation on Dialogues with Jagero, she was asked point-blank why she had removed the images from her social media.

Her answer could best be described as a masterclass in deflection because she never really spoke on the query asked but instead skirted the topic by calling out people noticing the deleted photos 'petty'.

"I would say that people are petty and I would say media is petty because I have a business in the same context.

Why are they not amplifying that.? Why are we looking at things that don't really matter?

Like does it even matter to you that I changed my name or I deleted my photos? It doesn't matter.

I think that we are more inclined to the negative than to the positive ones, so people need to find a life.

People need to let people be because public figures are people too. Can I live my life in a way that I find comfortable? Instead of living a life for yourself or for social media?"

Early this month while on Lynn Ngugi's show, Cebbie spoke on the speculation about her marriage, saying,

"About 2022, I got married, and that is what makes me a married woman. A wedding I really cherish, and I was up for it, and even in another life, I would still want to have a wedding like that – fame regardless."

When asked if she considers her husband her friend, Cebbie responded, "I would not say that because it’s an early marriage, and to be honest, people who can speak with a lot of certainty are people who are in three to five years. He is a good man, and I would love to see him grow, be successful in his life, and basically reach his ambitions."

During the interview, Cebbie also shared her struggles with social media bullying, stating,

"In 2017, the bullying was crazy, and it took a toll on me because I used to read every comment and think I’m okay with it, and some, to date, I still remember. When it flashed in my brain, my body shrinks. Social media can be very toxic, and you need to protect yourself."
