Pop icon and multi-award-winning singer Ariana Grande has finally finalized her divorce from her husband Dalton Gomez and her baby girl will be coughing up over a million dollars in alimony.

The singer and budding actress as per their settlement has agreed to pay her ex-husband Los Angeles real estate agent, Dalton a one-time payment of $1.25 million.

With the said tax-free payment, the real estate agent will not be receiving any spousal support from Ari after the money hits his bank.

 
 

Said amount translates to close to Sh. 170 million shillings. With the current exchange rate, the singer will be paying off roughly Sh.165,625,000 million

 

30-year-old Ariana and 28-year-old Dalton secretly tied the knot back in May 2021 (after dating for slightly over a year)

They began dating in January 2020) and it has now been revealed that the couple had a prenup prior to them exchanging their nuptials.

Besides the hefty sum that the 'Thank You, Next' hitmaker will be paying her husband she will also be required to share half of the proceeds that she'll get from the sale of their Los Angeles home and cover up to $25,000 of his legal fees.

 
 

According to official court documents, the couple's date of separation is listed as Feb. 20, 2023, however, the news of their separation started swirling online in July 2023.

Days after news of her and Gomez’s split became public, the Grammy Award-winning singer did a social media cleanse scrubbing her Instagram account of almost all traces of her ex-husband.

Nothing was spared, including their wedding, honeymoon photos, and anniversary tributes as well as.

Following their split it was revealed that Ari was dating her Wicked costar 31-year-old Ethan Slater, who was at the time married to philanthropic author and clinical psychologist Lilly Jay.

Interestingly, the Hollywood couple announced their own separation within days of Ariana Grande’s own divorce announcement.

Ethan Slater and Jay share a young son together and were married for four years, having dated for 10 years.
