Entrepreneur and reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian Barker has revealed she felt uncomfortable with her postpartum body and was a little skeptical about shooting promotional photos and videos for the fifth season of The Kardashians.
Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of 4 got candid about getting back to work just 3 months after welcoming her son Rocky Barker, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.
Sharing on her page, Kourt posted a few behind-the-scenes photos of herself wearing in a brown off-the-shoulder body hugging knit dress with a full facebeat.
Kourt accompanied the posts with a picture of herself showing a nude full body shape wear that she wore underneath the dress to help keep everything snatched.
“I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there’s lots and lots of people watching me all day,” the Poosh founder wrote alongside the snaps from Season 5 of “The Kardashians.”
She went on to share how odd it was for her getting back to work considering she was used to just being indoors with her infant and here she was full face makeup and heels.
“Even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it’s not the same when I’m covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snugly days at home in pajamas.”
Finishing up, the mother of 4 took time to appreciate their family empire highlighting that working alongside her family was a blessing.
"Something I’ve been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives!
I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work. How fun to get to be glammed up when I’ve been home for months in pajamas. How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom…we really have so much fun together! What a beautiful life!” The Poosh founder captioned her posts.
Besides little Rocky, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum is also mom to three other kids, sons Mason aged 14, and Reign who is 9 years old and a 11-year-old baby girl named Penelope, all whom she shares with her ex boyfriend, entrepreneur and reality TV star Scott Disick.
