Mugithi artist Samidoh has created an unpopular concept about men being deceitful in love.
Through his social media pages, Samidoh published a statement that appeared to defend the behavior of men to cheat on the women they love.
Samidoh said that it is normal for a man to cheat on the woman he loves.
According to the father of 5 children, a man's habit of lying to the woman he loves is one way to ensure that he protects and cares for the subject's feelings.
"A man who loves you will always lie to you because he cares about your feelings. He would rather lie to you than hurt your feelings,” Samidoh said.
The artist has been in the spotlight of entertainment journalists' lenses in recent years due to the endless conflicts in his romantic life.
The uproar started in 2021 when he publicly confessed by publishing a message of apology to his wife Edday Nderitu for admitting to straying and 'accidentally' having a child with Karen Nyamu.
Several months later he found himself back in Karen Nyamu's side and had a second child, something that angered Edday Nderitu.
This led Edday to announce her withdrawal from their 15-year marriage as she was not ready to raise her 3 sons in a polygamous marriage.
Edday relocated to the US with their three kids.
