Khaligraph jones wants all the credit for starting a fitness culture in Kenya. I don't know whether or not he started it but I do know that there is a fitness bug that has bitten Kenyans.
And it seems to have bitten Octopizzo who has taken his lanky frame to the gym perhaps in the hopes of bulking and getting to be imposing given how tall he is.
He was working preacher curls -sans weights- and Khaligraph Jones celebrated the fact that his former archnemesis is now looking at living a life of fitness and wellness.
It was interesting to note that the gym Octopizzo was working out from was blasting Khaligarph Jones' latest hit Leave Me Alone and the irony wasn't lost on me:
