On the Drive show, Mwalimu Rachel and Xclusive talked about the demos by online app drivers who are demanding better rates.

“Watu wameamka Leo wanaenda kazini kidogo kidogo wameingia town maandamano,” Xclusive said.

“Aii Leo," Mwalimu Rachel reacted surprisingly.

“Watu wa taxi apps akona Uber and Bolt they have actually gone to the streets and they are protesting they want better prices, sijui mambo ya discounts, skiza bwana eeh wewe umepanda Uber kutoka Rongai unakuja Westlands haujasema ukona offer ama discount inafika hapa driver anaangalia kwa app inamwambia mia mbili kutoka Rongai," Xclusive said.

“Let me tell you something, the worst thing is to be an influencer for this cabs eeh and then they pay in rides because I have been that influencer it was like part cash, part rides so you know the amounts of money is put in your wallet within the app, so inaenda tu ikikataand the drivers never receive that money," Mwalimu Rachel explained.

“It goes first to the company, then I think kampuni ndo itawasort, weeh Ile hasira Hawa jamaa walikuwa nayo I used to tremble everytime nikiingia cab najua akiniambia mbona inaoneshana zero zero madam, kumbe they haven't been alerted there is a campaign going on and this are influencers."

Mwalimu Rachel went on and said by the time you are trying to explain to the angry driver things have already gotten out of hand.

Therefore, she later declined such kind of jobs.

“Listen, ukiona mtu wa cab ameend ride na aka click jua mambo imeharibika," Xclusive said.
