Dear reader, COVID-19 is real. I know you have heard this so much, but stay safe, wear your mask, maintain social distancing and wash your hands or sanitize as much as you can.

We are now in the second phase and things are getting worse as per the number of cases and deaths reported.

Speaking on JKL yesterday night, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe made it clear that things are bad but the hospitals are not full, just private hospitals that have a few beds. He also applauded Kenyans for trying their best to e careful and that is why the numbers are not as bad as other countries.

Jeff Koinannge who hosts the show on Citizen Tv had COVID-19 a while back and speaking to Kagwe, he said it was one of the worst moments in his life.

Sharing his experience he said,

"I have never had any hallucinations in my life and I was hallucinating in the middle of the night. And I was wondering who is this stepping on my chest. Honestly in the middle of the night. I was wondering who is this pressing on my chest. And I remember I was awake but I couldn't scream I couldn't shout or even ask for help. I felt like someone was really pressing down my chest. "

Kagwe went ahead to warn those who still think it is a joke. Those questioning if really there is coronavirus because they do not know someone who has been infected.
