Oscar Kipchumba Sudi, the Kapseret Constituency Member of Parliament, is on a mission to see every youth aged 20-30 years sign up in the military.
"I know resources are limited, but the Kenyan govt should consider enrolling all the Youth in the military like Israel. There is some discipline and maturity that comes along with it after. Especially at this age of 20-30," he tweeted.
"Thinking about taking this to parliament your opinion please," he added.
Expecting that KOT would be boycotting and coming for his neck, the utter surprise is that most were of the opinion it should be an existing law already.
