The 2023 Super Bowl Halftime show will be sponsored by Apple Music after Pepsi sponsored its last Halftime show in February 2022.

“It's on. Rihanna will take the stage for the first-ever Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show on 2.12.23,” read a tweet from Apple Music.

The Telecast will be Produced by Jay Z’s Roc Nation and Jesse Collins – both serving as executive producers while Harmish Hamilton serves as director.

Roc Nation is also doubling as the strategic entertainment advisor for the live performance.

“Rihanna is a generational talent, a woman of humble beginnings who has surpassed expectations at every turn. A person born on the small island of Barbados who became one of the most prominent artists ever. Self-made in business and entertainment,” Jay-Z said in a statement.

The Super Bowl LVI halftime show, previously known as the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show, took place on February 13, 2022, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, as part of Super Bowl LVI.

It was televised nationally in the U.S. by NBC and was the final Super Bowl halftime show to be sponsored by Pepsi.

The show was headlined by Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, and 50 Cent.
