When he is not being dramatic with his content or attacking the music industry turns out the self-proclaimed King of comedy Eric Omondi is a pretty chill guy who gives accolades where they are due.
Following the appointment of Moses Kuria as the new Cabinet Secretary delegate for Trade Investment and Industry, Omondi had some nice things to say about the new CS delegate.
Eric took to his Facebook page to gush over how helpful Moses Kuria has been in his comedy journey highlighting that he deserves the position.
“This man Moses Kuria. Let me tell you a story. It is true that the things that a man does in Secret shall be rewarded in broad daylight. Moses has been supporting myself and a load of young people over the years” Omondi said.
The funnyman went down memory lane to reminisce about Kuria sponsoring his first trip to New York, Dallas, and Vegas.
“I remember 8 years ago when He sponsored our first USA tour with @chipukeezy to New York, and Dallas and later Joined us in Vegas on Memorial day for our show. When I opened my offices and Big Tyme Productions and soo many people fought for its closure, Moses must have called me only a thousand and one times to Encourage and advise me,” says Eric.
Omondi is banking on Kuria to deliver in his docket.
“With his Fanaka TV, he supported numerous youths through employment and Internships, which I witnessed. Moses calls me at least twice every month just to ask "VIJANA Wako Aje?". What's my point?
Adding; "I am happy because I know if there is anyone who will deliver in matters governance and trade for this Nation, Moses will be that man. He has touched base with the young Entrepreneurs of this Nation and understands the role perfectly. Thank your Mr. President and Congratulations Mhesh,".
Moses Kuria is part of the new cabinet that was announced by President William Ruto on Tuesday.
He stands alongside other well-known figureheads such as Aden Duale , Alfred Mutua (Foreign and Diaspora Affairs), Ababu Namwamba (Sports and Youth Affairs), and Susan Wafula (Health) among others.
