Media personality Larry Madowo has netizens super excited after he shared a photo of him and the award-winning British actor Idris Elba.
Larry himself shared how excited he was especially after Idris recognized him from his media work. One could tell the two had a hearty conversation as seen from the smiles on their faces in the picture that Larry posted.
“I’ve seen you on TV,” @idriselba told me and I was like “so have I,” Larry captioned excitedly in his usual humour as he mused over how exciting it was being in Idris Elba's presence.
He went on to add how he was super proud of Idris and all the work he has been able to achieve.
"I wanted to congratulate him on all his success, and for using his voice to champion causes in Africa," the rest of Larry's post read.
The two men looked like a piece of artwork that should be framed in their dapper outfits and big smiles.
The 50-year-old British actor is popularly known for his role as Stringer Bell in HBO's The Wire.
He is also a big champion of environmental conservation, food security, and climate change.
Friends and fans of Larry took to his post to celebrate the moment with him with most reminding Larry of how iconic he is and thanking him for flying Kenya's flag high.
